Netherlands stayed top of the rankings following a double victory over Sweden beating them 2-0 in the London olympics and 5-3 in a friendly at Den Haag.
Belgium also beat the Swedes 2-1 in Brussels to leap frog Hungary into 2nd.
France played their qualifying fifth match in the London olympics being humiliated 17-1 by Denmark.
